Colorado Asphalt Works, Inc. was proud to partner with Kaiser Premier at their Fort Morgan headquarters to transform a previously undeveloped surface of road-base and dirt into a durable, high-performance asphalt surface. The project consisted of full-depth paving, which included grading and compaction of the existing substrate followed by the installation of a new asphalt section designed to accommodate industrial traffic and heavy equipment.
Our team delivered a clean, professional finish that significantly improved site accessibility, dust control, and the overall functionality of the property. This upgrade not only enhances daily operations for Kaiser Premier but also supports their commitment to innovation and efficiency in industrial manufacturing.
